Features

Oakland farm is a top-down adventure RPG farming simulator.

• Farming system includes cultivating land, planting a huge variety of seeds, watering and growing them.
• 8 unique seeds of fruits and vegetables to grow (such as carrots, turnips, strawberries, wheat etc.) 
• A doggo that follows you around and you can command to sit
• A market town where you can sell your grown crops or buy health potions and seeds!
• Enemy spawning and combat system, they drop gold and health potions too.

How To Play

Business

• Go to the town located in the north-east part of the map.
• Hit SPACE to interact with the town, this will open a market prompt.
• Sell your items to make gold, and buy seeds which you can grow and sell for a higher profit margin
• HINT: Sell your first HP potion to buy some seeds (you'll get 200 gold from selling it)
• After harvesting your crops you can go to the market and sell those for some good money

Farming

• Press E to open/close inventory. Click on any of the seeds you have and hit equip button
• Click on the tool selection panel (pickaxe equipped by default) and select Rake
• Press SPACE on any grass tile to plough the land
• With the rake equipped and the seed equipped, hit SPACE on the ploughed land again to plant the seed
• Hit E to open your inventory and select the Bucket tool. With it equipped hit SPACE on the planted, ploughed land to begin growing the seed.
• Wait until it's finished growing, and then hit SPACE on it with the rake equipped to harvest
• If you run out of water, press SPACE next to the sea with the bucket equipped

Combat

Engage the enemies in the forest to get gold and health potions (which you can sell for some good profit too). Hit LMB to swing your sword to damage them

Story

You have turned your back against your enemy in battle. As an honored knight, your liege had no choice but to exile you to Oakland; a remote island far from the empire's mainland to repent for your crimes. You come from a long lineage of farmers, so you do what you have to for survival.

Tips

• Dodge enemy attacks by keeping a safe distance at all times when engaging in combat (Bait attacking)
• Press F to tell your doggo to sit
• Fullscreen the game for the best viewing pleasure
• Melons have the best profit margin
